What Stoqfolio is

Stoqfolio is a tool for tracking an investment portfolio: you record what you own and the app shows it back to you up to date, with returns, dividends and a tax estimate.

What it is NOT

• It is not financial advice. Nothing you see in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold. The decisions are yours, and so are the consequences.
• It does not execute orders and it is not connected to your broker: it cannot buy or sell anything on your behalf.
• It is not a tax adviser. The Tax section is an indicative estimate based on standard assumptions. For your tax return, consult a professional.
• Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. It comes from external sources and is provided as is, without warranty. Do not base an important decision on a number read here without verifying it.

Your account

• You need a valid email address and to be at least 14 years old.
• The account is yours and personal: do not share it.
• You can delete it any time from Settings › Danger zone. Deletion is permanent.

Rules of the Follow room

In the Follow room you can publish content that other people read. Stoqfolio has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users.

You must not post content that:

• insults, threatens, harasses or incites hatred against a person or a group;
• is sexually explicit, violent or otherwise shocking;
• promotes scams, “pump and dump” schemes, market manipulation or illegal activity;
• spreads financial information you know to be false, in order to influence others;
• is spam, advertising or repeated automated messaging;
• impersonates someone else or infringes third-party rights, including copyright;
• discloses someone's personal data without their consent.

What happens when someone breaks these rules

• You can report any content or profile from the “···” menu found on every post, reply and profile.
• You can block anyone, from the same menu. People you block disappear from your social, and you from theirs.
• We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules.
• Content reported by several people is hidden immediately, pending review: it does not wait for anyone to wake up.
• Users who repeatedly break these rules are ejected — their account is terminated, without notice and without refund.

Your content stays yours

What you publish remains your property. You only grant us a non-exclusive, revocable permission to display it inside Stoqfolio to the people it is meant for. If you delete a piece of content or your account, we stop displaying it.

Service availability

We do our best to keep the app working, but we do not promise it will always be reachable or free of errors. We may change or suspend it; if a change is material, we will tell you.

Errors, bugs and malfunctions

Stoqfolio is software, and like all software it can get things wrong. By using it you acknowledge and accept that:

• the app may contain bugs, defects and errors — including errors of calculation, logic or design;
• computed values (market values, returns, average costs, currency conversions, dividend and tax estimates) may be wrong, incomplete or out of date;
• quotes may be delayed, missing or wrong, and analyst targets and ratings are third-party opinions that may be wrong at the source;
• alerts and notifications may fail to fire, arrive late or never be delivered: do not rely on them for urgent decisions;
• the only authoritative record of your wealth is your broker's official documentation, not what you read here.

For this reason, to the extent permitted by law, no error, delay, bug or malfunction of the app can ground a claim for damages against its provider: use Stoqfolio as a reference tool, never as the sole basis for your decisions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial losses arising from investment decisions made using the app, nor for the inaccuracy of market data supplied by third parties, nor for the errors, delays and malfunctions described above. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, nor excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Governing law

Italian law applies. Foro di Roma.
